Return Policy

Our shop has a 14-day return policy, meaning that after your products have shipped, you have 14 days to check the size, quality, and design of your shirts or crafts to make sure that they are exactly what you wanted. To be eligible for a refund, the product needs to be in the same condition that it was received with the same packaging. You will also need to provide your reason for returning the item. 

There will be a $3.99 restocking fee for all returned products, with exceptions for damaged product or for incorrect product. 

If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Please be aware that items returned without approval or the proper shipping label will not be accepted for return. 

Wrong Sizes

If you ordered a t-shirt and the size doesn't fit, we will be happy to exchange the shirt for a different size. Refunds will not be issued unless we are currently out of the needed size and you request one.

Damages/ Wrong Product

If you receive an item that is damaged or the incorrect order, we will offer an exchange or in-store credit to allow you to get your desired item. We request that you provide a picture of the damage or the incorrect order and your order number.

Unhappy with the Product

If you find that you are unhappy with the product received, we are happy to do an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, or offer you in-store credit.

Remember: the item needs to be in the same condition that it was received and without apparent wear and tear.
